I have a minimed pump and I am using the quick-set infusion sites. I have now gone through 8 different sets with each one kinking after insertion. I have attached a picture of what it looks like.

Stomach This is the site at which I have the best insulin absorption so it s a clear winner for me when it comes to my pod placement.

Saving my stomach for my sensor allows ample time sites to heal and skin to remain healthy during the seven-day sensor wear. I used to have trouble finding enough infusion sites because I m quite skinny and I found that I couldn t inject into most

2017-10-31 · Lipohypertrophy can subside if you give the sites a good restso if this is the case for you it would be best practice to use alternative sites and see if matters improve. If you still have issues then I d imagine that the problem lies with the infusion sets you re currently using
